All Should Be Equal Charity was created out of a simple belief: no one should be left behind because of where they started, what they’ve been through, or who they are. We work alongside individuals, families and communities who are facing hardship, inequality or disadvantage, and we help them find their footing again.
We are a charitable organization built around real people and real needs. Every day, our team meets people who are dealing with things like losing a home, struggling to find work, managing a mental-health crisis, raising children on one income, coming home after incarceration, or simply trying to keep food on the table. We show up for those people. Not with judgment, but with practical help, honest guidance and steady support.
What sets us apart is how personal our work is. Instead of pushing everyone through the same process, we take the time to understand each individual’s situation and respond to what they actually need. A dedicated team gives its full attention to each request, works to fund and coordinate the right kind of help, and keeps the turnaround fast so support arrives when it matters most.
We connect individuals and families with resources, support and opportunities that help them overcome hardship and move toward greater stability.
We envision communities where every person has access to opportunity, support and the ability to participate fully in society.
We work alongside individuals, organizations and communities to create practical solutions that produce meaningful and lasting change.
Everyone deserves the same respect and the same opportunities.
We lead with empathy, not judgment
Every person is treated with respect, no matter their situation.
Help is offered to all, without discrimination.
We use our resources responsibly and follow through.
We open doors and remove barriers.
Lasting change happens when we work together.
We work toward a fairer future for everyone.
We operate exclusively for charitable, educational and humanitarian purposes. But behind those words is something more human: the belief that dignity, opportunity and safety shouldn’t depend on your circumstances. We help regardless of race, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, veteran status or socioeconomic status. Everyone who comes to us is treated with the same respect.
Our approach is personal, responsive and community-centered. We keep our process simple and our response times short. When we can’t provide something directly, we connect people to trusted partners who can — government agencies, nonprofits, healthcare and mental-health providers, housing and legal organizations, employers and local businesses. And we stay in touch, following up wherever possible to help people move toward lasting stability and independence.
